After optical fiber splicing, FR101 can recoat a protective layer at the splice point, repairing vulnerable areas where strength has decreased due to splicing. Compared to traditional heat-shrink tubing protection, the coated protective layer is thinner, more flexible, and offers superior optical performance consistency, making it particularly suitable for scenarios with stringent space and performance requirements.

2. Special Optical Fiber Device Manufacturing

High-Precision Quartz Mold Ensures Coating Quality

FR101 uses a high-precision quartz glass mold to ensure accurate fiber diameter and excellent roundness after coating. It supports recoating diameters ranging from 195μm, 255μm, 280μm, 450μm, 600μm, 670μm, 850μm, and 1000μm. The coating length is freely adjustable from 4mm to 50mm with an accuracy of ±20%, flexibly adapting to the coating needs of different types of optical fibers.

Fully Automated Operation, Efficiency and Convenience Combined

The FR101 supports fully automated coating, with adjustable coating length. The adhesive application process is completed automatically, while also featuring manual adhesive compensation, ensuring efficiency for batch operations and providing flexibility for special process requirements. LED auxiliary lighting on the side of the quartz mold allows operators to visually observe the adhesive level and precisely control the coating process.

Intelligent Program Management and Data Storage

The FR101 supports up to 35 coating programs, adaptable to different fiber types and process requirements. The equipment can store 1000 sets of data records, facilitating production traceability and process optimization. Furthermore, the FR101 incorporates 40 tensile testing programs, covering a tensile testing range of 0.2–2.0 kgf, providing a reliable means of verifying coating quality.

Rapid UV Curing, Improved Production Efficiency

The FR101's UV curing time is only 4 seconds, significantly shortening the single coating cycle and substantially improving overall production efficiency to meet the needs of large-scale production.
